Reason:
Our vendor will perform infrastructure maintenance and server patching on the OCC Cloud platform to ensure continued platform stability, security, and performance.
Impact:
Every effort will be made to perform the work in the background and minimize disruption. However, during the maintenance window, there may be brief periods where end users are disconnected while backend services are being updated. If this occurs, users should be able to reconnect and continue working normally without further impact.
Checks:
- Validation of infrastructure and backend services after maintenance completion.
- Verification of application connectivity and service availability.
- Monitoring of platform health and performance throughout the maintenance window.
Rollback:
Should any unforeseen issues arise during the maintenance, the changes can be rolled back following standard operational procedures to restore service stability.

No action is required from agents or end users before or after the maintenance.
