Reason:
Our Engineering team will perform a scheduled upgrade of the IVR Platform Call Control application to introduce new functionality and improvements to the service.
Impact:
The maintenance window is scheduled from 28 October 2026 23:00 CEST until 29 October 2026 01:00 CEST. No service interruption is expected during this activity. The change will be deployed in a controlled manner to minimize customer impact.
Checks:
The new release will be fully validated in the test environment prior to deployment to production. Following deployment, functional and operational tests will be completed to confirm the successful implementation of the upgrade.
Rollback:
Should any issues be identified during or after deployment, the Engineering team will initiate a rollback procedure to restore the previous application version.
User actions:
No user action is required.
