Reason: This maintenance is part one of a two‑phase update. Our vendor will deploy the latest CCaaS hotfix patches to the OCC Cloud platform. These updates include backend enhancements and updates for Agent UI and Admin services. End users will not see any UI changes after this phase.
Impact: End users should not notice any functional changes. During the maintenance window, there may be brief disconnections while backend services are updated. Users can simply log in again and continue working. We will continue internal testing separately; customers will only be migrated once it is fully ready, and they will be informed beforehand.
Checks: Post‑maintenance validation will confirm that all services, including backend components, are operating correctly.
Rollback: If required, changes can be reverted following standard rollback procedures.
User actions: After the maintenance, end users should not experience any impact. However, if users encounter unexpected issues, they can clear the cookies and browser cache to ensure all updates are applied.
