OCC Cloud Maintenance – UI & Backend Updates (2/2)

Reason:
This is part two of the two‑phase maintenance.
Our vendor will continue deploying the latest CCaaS hotfix patches and backend service updates to bring the platform fully to the latest software level.
This second phase also does not introduce any visible UI changes for end users.


Impact:
No functional differences are expected for customers.
As with the first phase, users may be briefly disconnected during the maintenance window. Logging in again will allow them to continue working.
We will continue internal testing separately; customers will only be migrated once it is fully ready, and they will be informed beforehand.


Checks:
Post‑maintenance checks will confirm platform stability and correct operation of all components.


Rollback:
If issues arise, the changes can be reverted using the standard rollback process.


User actions:
After the maintenance, end users should not experience any impact.
If issues do occur, users can clear cookies and browser cache to ensure latest changes are applied.
