Reason:
To ensure the continued stability and performance of the OCC Cloud platform our vendor will be doing a scheduled maintenance on their servers.


Impact:
We expect intermittent impact to new user logins shortly after start of the maintenance window for a a period of 30 minutes.
The engineering team will be taking every precaution to complete this work as quickly as possible and minimise the impact.


Checks:
Run post-maintenance test plan to ensure services are back to normal.
